I have over 15 years of management and executive experience in infrastructure, energy transition, planning, and public policy across the Victorian and UK governments and private sector. With a track record of delivering major reforms and unlocking billions in investment through smarter approvals, cross-sector collaboration, and regulatory innovation, I bring deep expertise in aligning government priorities with commercial outcomes.

I build on my experience leading government teams that have supported over $100 billion in energy investments in Victoria, including offshore and onshore wind, solar and battery projects, transmission and new technologies.

I am an executive leader in enabling energy transformation—from streamlining planning and environmental approvals for renewable generation and transmission to establishing Victoria’s cross-government facilitation service, supporting private and public infrastructure investments including Victoria's Big Build, schools, hospitals and energy infrastructure, shaping policy settings that support faster delivery of infrastructure.

At Victoria’s Department of Transport and Planning, I recruited and developed a team of senior managers to establish the state’s concierge service for integrated infrastructure and energy approvals, advising the Minister for Planning on a weekly basis and acting as her delegate for major energy planning permits and amendments.

Track record:
I bring a strong understanding of state budget processes, having successfully secured around $15 million in budget funding for energy facilitation, and have advised Cabinet on the state's largest transport and social infrastructure investments through five annual state budgets. I have a broad perspective of government priorities for energy and infrastructure, and have shaped many policies that support Victoria's energy transition today.

I held senior roles in the Department of Treasury and Finance, and Department of Premier and Cabinet, led high-value/high-risk infrastructure assurance, and drove reforms to asset management and investment frameworks. My experience in the UK included infrastructure finance, regeneration and major development delivery under two London mayors (Boris Johnson and Ken Livingstone). I guide teams through the Investment Logic Map approach to ensure your case for investment is sound and success-driven.

As Commercial Director in Treasury, I offered strong analytical capabilities to support my briefings to the Treasurer on investor benefits and deliverability risks for over $90 billion of investments under various contractual models. I led policy reforms to Victoria’s Asset Management Accountability Framework and the High-Value High-Risk Framework which strengthened upfront mitigation of risks. I authored planning inputs to the joint ministerial statement, A better approach to managing biodiversity impacts of renewable energy projects, presenting to and gaining the agreement of all three Victorian ministers in the planning, energy and environment portfolios.
